CANCELLATIONS? Please note: numbers are given to the caterer 3 days before the meeting and therefore payment may still be required for cancellations after that time.
NO NEED to enter a prior apology if not attending, as registration is for catering numbers only.
Please pay the $40 dinner fee at the bar on arrival.
